1. The uniformity of the spray paint of the car
In the process of automobile spray painting, due to the difference in spraying interval, paint output, gun running speed or operating skills, the thickness of the automobile spray paint film is greatly affected. Some are thicker, some are thinner, and some are even present. The phenomenon of exposed bottom, the appearance of thick paint film is full, the gloss is high; the thin paint film is not shiny, the gloss is poor, and then color difference occurs.
2. The effect of the evaporation rate of the solvent in the car paint
The evaporation rate of paint solvent is directly related to the boiling point of the solvent. The higher the boiling point of the solvent, the slower its evaporation; the lower the boiling point of the solvent, the faster its evaporation.
If the same paint is diluted with solvents with different boiling points and then sprayed, under the same technical conditions, the two paint films obtained will have color differences. This is because the evaporation rate of the thinner affects the surface drying time of the automotive paint film, which in turn affects the leveling of the paint film.
3. The paint is not evenly mixed when the car is sprayed
The paint must be mixed before construction. The paint must be mixed evenly during the mixing process. The intention of the mixing is to stir up the deposits on the bottom of the bucket and mix them fully. If it is not mixed, the colored dyes at the bottom of the barrel will be deposited on the bottom of the barrel and cannot be evenly dispersed in the coating, which will affect the hiding power of the coating and at the same time affect the color difference of the automobile spray paint.
