What are the Key Applications of Suction Paint Spray Gun?

The spray gun is a key piece of equipment in the paint spraying process system. Although there are many common parts for different guns, each type or model of gun is only suitable for a certain range of jobs. Currently in the automotive repair shop is the use of more gravity gun and siphon gun. Suction paint spray guns are popular among painters because they are easy to operate.Choosing the right tool in a spray gun factory is the guarantee of a high quality job in the shortest possible time. 

The main reason for the popularity of the suction paint spray gun is that it can be operated continuously when spraying a large area, improving the work efficiency. It can be gradually adjusted from round to fan shape by means of a fog valve, and the spray cross-section can be adjusted in a 360° range. When the nozzle side air holes and the main air are in a horizontal position, the airflow from the left and right side air holes compresses the paint mist from the main air holes into a longitudinal fan-shaped paint mist shape, which can be used for horizontal movement of side objects. When the nozzle side air holes and the main air holes are in vertical position, the spray from the center hole becomes a horizontal fan-shaped paint mist, which can be used for vertical up and down spraying of side objects.

If you use a suction paint spray gun, its atomization will occur naturally. Because the air required to send material into the spray gun would automatically make atomizaiton that you need. Similar to gravity feed spray gun, suction paint spray gun is also convenient to carry. Besides, compared with siphon spray gun, suction paint spray gun can inverted spray in positions which are not easy to access. However, suction paint spray gun has several drawbacks. It can not spray with heavy materials and has limited control over the atomized air to offer to the gun.
