HVLP car painting specific steps are as follows: 

(1) Rust prevention and interior painting of the body: depending on the body, the sheet metal worker will do it.

(2) Sanding and trimming of beveled edges: Use P60~180# sandpaper to sand the areas on the body that have been repaired with sheet metal and need atomic dust.

(3) Dust removal and cleaning: Use pressure gun and silicon removal cleaner to remove dust and stains from the body.

(4) Sticker protection: Apply masking paper using reverse sticker technique.

(5) Paint primer: Mix 4:1 red primer and apply 1~2 coats of spray to the metal exposed after sanding, then bake dry.

(6) Fill the atomic ash: mix multi-functional atomic ash to fill the depressed position on the body and put it in the environment of 20 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.

(7) Sanding atomic ash: Use P60~240# sandpaper to sand and check the flatness, pinholes and marks by hand or by sanding the indicated layers.

(8) Special young atomic ash: select when needed to fill pinholes, sandpaper marks, etc.

(9) Sanding: Use P280# sandpaper to thoroughly sand the old paint on the body that needs to be sprayed with intermediate paint.

(10) Dust removal and cleaning: use pressure gun and silicon removal cleaner to remove dust and stains from the body.

(11) Sticker protection: Put on masking paper.

(12) Spraying intermediate paint: mix 2~3 layers of multifunctional intermediate paint, each layer is separated by 5~10 minutes, then bake dry at 60 degree Celsius for 30 minutes, then spray on sanding indication layer.

(13) Sanding intermediate paint: use P320~400# sandpaper to sand the dried intermediate paint.

(14) Inspection: Check the sanding effect, and you can do micro-filling.

(15) Dust removal and cleaning: remove dust and stains from the body.

(16) Sticker protection: do sticker protection masking on the body.

(17) Dust removal and cleaning: first blow out the dust spots on the body with pressure gun, remove the body stains with silicone cleaner, blow out the dust from the body crevices with pressure gun, and finally remove the micro-dust on the body with sticky dust cloth.

(18) Top coat spraying plain paint: spray 2~3 layers, each layer 5~10 minutes apart, add curing agent and thinner with temperature.

(19) Spraying primer: spraying 2~3 layers of plain paint, silver powder paint or pearl paint, each layer interval 5~10 minutes.

(20) Varnish spraying: mix and spray two layers of varnish, each layer interval 5~10 minutes, add curing agent and thinner with temperature.

(21) Bake dry: leave for 5~10 minutes, dry for 30 minutes at 60 degrees Celsius. Drying curing needs to be judged, if you touch lightly with your fingers and feel the hair.
