There will always be many problems when the auto spray gun is in operation and the spraying effect is not ideal. How can we avoid them? Today, we will tell you a few problems that need to be paid attention to when operating auto spray guns.
Auto spray gun is controlled by the trigger. The deeper the trigger is pulled, the greater the fluid flow rate. In the process of traditional shooting of spraying equipment, the trigger is always pulled tightly instead of being half-pulled.
In order to avoid the buildup of paint sprayed at the end of each shot, experienced painters should loosen the trigger slightly to reduce the amount of paint supplied.
The auto spray gun should be vertical to the substrate surface, or as vertical as possible. If the auto spray gun is a little skewed, it will definitely cause the spray belt to flow on one side and the other side will look dry and lack of paint, which is very likely to cause a streaky coating.
During the spraying operation, the moving speed of the auto spray gun has a great influence on the coating effect.
1. If the auto spray gun moves too fast, the surface coating of the object to be coated will be thin, which will look dry, poor leveling and rough.
2. If the auto spray gun moves too slow, the surface coating of the object to be coated will be thick and the phenomenon of sagging is easy to occur.
3. The most ideal moving speed of the auto high quality spray gun is that when the spraying is finished, the surface coating of the object to be coated is full, uniform and wet. This requires operators with certain spraying experience to control.
For siphon feed spray gun, the best working distance is 15~20cm. If the distance is too small, it may flow and even cause the color not to be as expected when sprayed with metallic glitter or pearlescent paint.
If the distance is too big beyond 20cm, it may lead to dry spraying and overspraying, which will worsen the leveling of the paint. There may also be a possibility of color change if sprayed with metallic glitter paint. The pressure feed spray gun can be farther away from the substrate and the best distance is generally 20 to 30 cm. These are the principles that must be followed during spray construction.
The auto spray gun is held by the palm, thumb, little finger and ring finger. Middle and index fingers are used to pull the trigger. Some painters work for longer hours. They change the way they hold the gun from time to time. Sometimes only the thumb, palm and little finger are used. Sometimes they use ring finger to hold the gun, and the middle and index fingers are used to pull the trigger. The spray gun can relieve fatigue and improve work efficiency.
The above are the problems that need to be paid attention to in the operation of auto spray guns. If you can pay attention to these problems, you can reduce unnecessary troubles and improve work efficiency.
